Priya weaves together Pilates and yoga into a practice that honours both the structure of the body and the stillness of the mind. Having trained in India, London, and Bali, she brings a global perspective to the studio floor. Her 5 years of teaching have been defined by a commitment to accessible, soulful movement that meets practitioners exactly where they are — and gently invites them further.
